We are a State of California Licensed and Bonded Contractor and carry full liability and Worker’s Compensation coverage.  We keep our certificates on file for your review and welcome you to request verification directly from our carrier if you desire. While many contractors are cutting corners by hiring under-qualified people and not covering them with insurance while in your home, we are sticklers for doing it right. Having an uninsured employee in your home exposes you to potential financial liability!  We urge you to thoroughly investigate anyone working in or around your home. You may be surprised to find that the State of California requires contractors to be bonded, but not insured. A bond is really of very little value to a homeowner, and many contractors do not carry an appropriate liability policy. Many contractors are able to circumvent carrying Workers Compensation by claiming that they have no employees. This information for any licensed contractor is readily available online.
